Terms of Service

mnrvAR is a web-based platform that allows users to create, publish, and host augmented reality (WebAR) experiences. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

• Free — 1 published experience. No charge.
• Agency — Up to 15 published experiences, team seats, and advanced features. Billed monthly or annually via Paddle.
• Enterprise — Custom terms. Contact us at [email protected].

All paid plans are billed in advance. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. If you are an EU consumer, statutory rights under applicable law may supersede this policy.

Agency and Enterprise plans include team seats. The account owner is responsible for all activity by team members they invite. Team members operate under the owner’s plan and quota. Revoking a member immediately terminates their access.

You agree not to:

• Upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Use the Service to send spam or conduct phishing attacks.
• Exceed your plan’s published experience limit by circumventing enforcement.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain all rights to content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, host, and serve it as necessary to operate the Service. We claim no ownership over Your Content.

All platform software, templates, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute them outside the Service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mnrvAR and Imaginary Polygons S. de R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Honduras. If you are an EU or UK consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.

Certain features let you, as the experience owner, collect information from end-users of your experiences — for example, order details and table numbers through the restaurant menu feature, and phone numbers through a loyalty program. With respect to that end-user data you are the data controller and we act solely as your processor.

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining any legally required consent before collecting end-user data, including phone numbers.
• Providing end-users with your own privacy notice describing how you use their data.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including data protection laws and any marketing or anti-spam laws (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local equivalents) if you contact end-users.
• Responding to end-user requests to access or delete their data.

You must not use phone numbers collected through a loyalty program for unsolicited marketing unless you have obtained the consent required by applicable law. mnrvAR does not send marketing communications to your end-users.

Loyalty points have no cash value, are issued and administered solely by you, and may be changed or discontinued by you at any time. We are not responsible for honoring or valuing loyalty points, for resolving disputes about them, or for the accuracy of any points calculation, which depends on the pricing you configure. These features are provided “as is.”

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
