Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for:

• Unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation
• Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
• Failure to use the Service during an active subscription period
• Dissatisfaction with features or changes to the platform

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan features until that date. After cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan.

If you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction if the error is confirmed.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of your initial subscription under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right may not apply if you have already used the Service during that period. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.
